Responsibilities
- Digital sales order entry
- Coordinates creative and traffic for digital advertising campaigns
- Prepares campaign forms and reports
- Assists with station contesting, sweepstakes, promotions and special projects
- Assists general sales manager with duties as assigned
- Assists sales team with linear reporting, order entry and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
- BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
- 1-2 years working in a digital marketing support role
- Foundational knowledge of local digital marketing tactics such as SEM, OTT, Display, Digital Video and Social Media Marketing.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and a skillful multi-tasker
- Effective communication and client presentation skills
- Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Products including Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and Canva. Experience with media industry order and traffic systems (Wide Orbit) a plus.
