WSPA-TV/CBS - WYCW/CW Greenville/Spartanburg is seeking a creative and motivated Lifestyle show Producer to manage an hourlong community-focused lifestyle program.
- Produce daily segments and packages for weekday live show
- Organize show content in a cohesive sequence to engage and grow the audience
- Ensure daily production is highly produced, teases are strong, and content adheres to priorities
- Book and schedule live and pre-taped in-studio interviews and on-location segments
- Evaluate entertainment and cultural value of stories for broadcast and website
- Work closely with Sales to integrate & schedule sponsored client segments
- Work with production team on taping schedules and live show management
- Attend daily content meetings, provide timely feedback, and make solid decisions
- Booth an hourlong live show Monday – Friday
- Build relationships with guests, clients, community members, and show contributors
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Minimum 5 years’ producing a live hourlong show or equivalent experience
- Ability to pre-produced stories on time and on brand
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with ENPS and Storyblocks
- Social media fluency
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
