Position Responsibilities:
- Property Walk-Throughs: Conduct thorough walk-throughs of properties to assess the property's condition.
- Professional Photography: Take high-quality, professional photographs of properties, highlighting key features and creating an appealing visual presentation.
- Lock Box Placement: Place lock boxes at properties as needed, ensuring secure and convenient access for showings.
- Video and Virtual Tours: Create engaging video tours and virtual tours of properties to enhance online listings and attract potential renters.
- Property Showings (If Licensed): Conduct property showings for potential renters, providing detailed information and answering any questions they may have.
Good to Have:
- Experience and/or knowledge of FHA laws and housing compliance, including CO detectors, smoke alarms, and heating/AC systems.
- A keen eye for detail and strong tech-savvy skills.
- Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Clean background check.
- Professional demeanor and strong written communication skills.
- Real estate photography portfolio and equipment.
- Availability for multiple photoshoots per week.

Compensation: This is a 1099 contract position. Contractors are required to submit invoices a maximum of once every two weeks.
