Chief Program Officer

Salary : $150K - $180K
Responsibilities
- Oversee department programs and ensure they meet contractual obligations and client needs.
- Analyze program data and implement improvements.
- Lead program expansion and design.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Oversee grants, contracts, and documentation.
- Manage data collection and reporting.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Provide daily oversight and support for staff.
- Maintain program capacity with respect to revenue and expenditures.
- Negotiate contracts with the CEO and CFO.
- Assist in developing the agency budget.
