Next Coms Talk, a leading provider of communication solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Call Center Agent. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information regarding our products and services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner, striving for first call resolution
- Utilize effective questioning and active listening skills to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Input and update customer information in our database accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while on a call
- Experience with sales and upselling is a plus
- A positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service
