What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wholesale Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Real Estate Sales) position at Next Door Buyers?
CALLING ALL SALESMEN THAT WANT TO HAVE MOTIVATED LEADS WITH A PROVEN SALES PROCESS!!
You do NOT need a real estate license or previous real estate or sales experience but it is preferred. We will teach you everything you need to know and we will be selling with you not watching you. We have all the results to back up our numbers. If you do the work this is a very simple job that will make great money.

***This is an in-office position/ Inside Phone Sales Position***
You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us. We will be selling with you along side you. We have the results to back up what we do.
Leads are provided by us; you're just going to reach out to the seller and do what you do best!
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role.
An experienced salesman should expect to make between $100k-$200k their first year.
Responsibilities:
· Reach out and get contracts from homeowners that want to sell their home.
· Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.
· Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.
· Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.
· Must be a team player.
· Love helping people and great at building rapport.
· Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.

· Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.
· Quick starter.
· Can follow instructions and is detail oriented.
· preferable 1-2 years of Sales Experience but NOT REQUIRED
