Position Overview :
The Junior Lead Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in our team by identifying and securing property owners willing to sell their properties at a discount. This position requires someone who is not afraid of the phone, highly organized, and committed to putting in the effort necessary to succeed in a commission-only environment. The role is hybrid, with both in-office and remote work expected.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and contact potential property owners to discuss selling opportunities.
- Use superior phone skills to build rapport and negotiate with property owners.
- Maintain organized records of all leads and follow-up activities.
- Dedicate 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday, to lead acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve acquisition strategies.
