Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude, representing the Next Door Pizza Pub brand.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete, including special orders and requests.
- Handle transactions and use delivery apps to process payments and manage deliveries.
- Follow all safety and driving guidelines to ensure a safe delivery experience for both you and our customers.
- Assist in-store when necessary, including order preparation, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Knowledge of the local area and ability to use GPS for navigation.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform basic physical tasks, such as bending and reaching.
