Duties
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with inquiries, ensuring a high level of guest relations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station to enhance guest experience.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about products and services offered.
- Assist in resolving any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold company policies regarding guest services and hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel or restaurant settings.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
