We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that guests have a memorable visit. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing food and beverage service.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and overall guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Cash handling experience with proficiency in math for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Culinary knowledge is a plus, enhancing your ability to recommend menu items effectively.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash registers and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
