NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Job Summary
- Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
- Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
- Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems.
- Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience
- 3 years electrical supervisory experience
- Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License
- OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory
- 70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
