We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Representative to lead direct outreach and sales initiatives on behalf of our clients in the telecommunications industry. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating new customer relationships, and supporting sales growth through hands-on, proactive communication.
You will act as the bridge between our clients and their potential customers, introducing products and services, answering questions, and cultivating long-term interest and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct outreach and engage potential customers via engaging sales presentations.
- Facilitate the enrollment process for new and existing customers.
- Represent our clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Understand client offerings in-depth to effectively communicate benefits and address objections.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes using CRM tools or tracking systems.
- Report customer feedback and market insights to internal teams for strategy refinement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, client updates, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or outreach (telecommunications experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital outreach tools is an asset.
