Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CrossFit Coach to join our dynamic fitness team. As a CrossFit Coach, you will lead classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a supportive community atmosphere.
Duties
- Lead engaging CrossFit classes that cater to various skill levels and fitness backgrounds.
- Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants maintain correct body mechanics.
- Provide motivation, encouragement, and constructive feedback to clients during workouts.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, adhering to health club standards.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere by encouraging teamwork and camaraderie among members.
- Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry.
Qualifications
- Certification in CrossFit coaching or equivalent experience in health club settings.
- Knowledge of program design principles related to CrossFit, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, or similar disciplines is preferred.
- At least obtain level 1 or level 2 certification
- Strong understanding of body mechanics and injury prevention strategies.
- Previous experience coaching or instructing group fitness classes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous personal development in the field.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
