Overview
We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and refinishing vehicles to their pre-damage condition. Duties include dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, and paint preparation. The ideal candidate should have experience in collision repair, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.
You’ll work in a laid-back shop atmosphere with a super chill boss and an easygoing, collaborative team that values craftsmanship and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bodywork repairs on damaged vehicles
- Replace and repair panels, frames, and structural components
- Sand, prime, and prep vehicles for painting
- Ensure quality control and proper alignment of parts
- Work with estimators and team members to complete repairs efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience in auto body repair and refinishing
- Knowledge of repair tools and equipment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
