What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at Next Generation, Inc.?
Next Generation Site Manager is responsible for managing a small team of employees and two warehouse facilities to ensure a high standard of quality control, logistics, and operational efficiency. The Site Manager will work closely with and report directly to the Director of Operations.
Ideally, applicant would have experience in warehouse/bulk storage, agriculture and have general mechanical knowledge.
This is a full-time, in-person, 40-50 hour/week salary position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Adhere to company policies and customer-specific requirements, ensuring compliance and consistency in all activities.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, conduct safety meetings, and participate in regular safety training as required, and ensure compliance.
