Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers for wireless services
- Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner
- Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible package available
- Meet consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
- Execute events and coordinate with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
- Collaborate with Enrollment Specialists, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to increase customer acquisition goals
- Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience as an Enrollment Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other related field
- Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community
- Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently
