Our client, a brand-new high-end restaurant in the heart of Miami Beach is seeking a Food Runner. As a Food Runner, you'll ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders while maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards. Evening shifts available, paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
- Ensure all plates are presented according to the hotel’s high standards.
- Assist servers in providing an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
- Communicate efficiently with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a high-volume or luxury dining environment is preferred.
- Proficient English.
- Professional presentation, high energy, and enthusiastic.
