As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest luxury standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
- Restock amenities and linens while adhering to established inventory protocols.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies.
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleaning carpets or refreshing upholstery.
- Provide outstanding guest service by addressing requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or similar setting is highly preferred.
