As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Pay: $21.50/hr - Weekly Pay
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.
- Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities ensuring they are always stocked and presented beautifully.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager.
- Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve daily cleaning targets and maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of English language.
- High school degree.
