What You’ll Do:
- Lead and monitor housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms and public areas meet top cleanliness standards.
- Train and mentor new team members on cleaning protocols, safety, and company policies.
- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain quality standards.
- Address guest requests and concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with scheduling and daily housekeeping operations.
- Work closely with hotel leadership and other departments for seamless operations.
- Enforce health and safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
- 1 - 2 years of experience in housekeeping leadership (hotel experience preferred).
- Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards.
- Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.
- Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and perform cleaning duties as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
