We are seeking a dedicated Houseman to support the housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring that all guest areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Responsibilities:
- Assist housekeeping by delivering linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to rooms and storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and other hotel spaces.
- Help set up and break down meeting rooms or event spaces as needed.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repair needs.
- Ensure that carts, storage closets, and supply rooms are stocked and organized.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and provide excellent service.
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Support housekeeping with additional tasks when required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as pushing carts and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed.
