Duties
What's in Store for You?
- Curriculum Development:Develop creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote all-around development.
- Hands-On Learning:Design and facilitate hands-on activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth in young learners.
- Child Development Monitoring:Keep a watchful eye on each child's progress, assessing their development and identifying areas for support and enrichment.
- Parent Communication:Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Classroom Management:Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized learning environment that inspires curiosity and promotes a positive atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all children.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in this field is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- College Credits in Early Ed or related field is required but is ideal
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend and stand
- Ability to obtain CPR certification and pass a background screening
