Position: Preschool or Toddler Teacher – Nature-Based Program

At Next Gen, we’re not your average preschool. We’re a nature-based learning community where we help little ones grow—literally and figuratively! From digging in the dirt to painting with our hands, our classrooms are where discovery, curiosity, and environmental stewardship come to life.

Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Lead our youngest explorers through indoor and outdoor adventures where the world is the classroom!
- Guide little hands in planting seeds, discovering bugs, or building block towers.
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where every child’s curiosity is nurtured through hands-on learning and play.
- Get your boots (and your heart!) muddy as you explore nature’s wonders right alongside the kiddos.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s growth and outdoor discoveries.
- Work in a tight-knit team environment with lots of other awesome educators
Requirements
Who You Are:
- You’re 18 years old (or older) and excited about teaching young children.
- You love being outside and want to inspire kids to explore the natural world
- You’ve got a passion for early childhood education
- You have the patience, creativity, and energy to guide toddlers through their big, exciting world.
- You’re a team player who is ready to collaborate and have fun with fellow educators.
- You’re willing to get your hands dirty and make learning unforgettable! (Literally, dirt included!)
Nice To Haves
Nice To Haves
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience
- College Credits In Early Childhood Education or a related field
