Next Generation Wireless, UScellular's largest Authorized Agent, is seeking an Area Sales Leader to lead and inspire a team across multiple locations in Washington and Oregon.
Locations Covered : This position can be based at any of the following locations, provided the candidate has the ability and willingness to travel to all retail locations : Hermiston, Pendleton, La Grande, Baker City, Prineville, and Hood River.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing Sales Leaders and Retail Wireless Consultants across multiple retail locations. This role ensures exceptional customer experiences, oversees sales operations, and achieves market sales goals while maintaining company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales to meet and exceed company goals.
- Mentor and train retail Store Leaders through observation, coaching, and counseling.
- Support location operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer issues.
- Handle escalated customer situations with balanced decision-making.
