Next Generation Construction is seeking to add a Maintenance Technician/Handyman. This position will work with our Property Management team for warranty/maintenance services. Previous experience as in the construction field is preferred. Come join our expanding team and be a part of something new and exciting.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on rental property
- Assess and address claims
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and staff
- Record and report progress to management

*Requirements*
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of tools, handling, and operation
- Previous experience as a handyman a plus
- Basic understanding of technology, basic smart phone & computer skills
-Must have a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.72 - $26.25 per hour
