What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Project Manager/Expeditor position at Next Generation?
Next Generation Construction is seeking to add a Project Manager/Expeditor with an emphasis on custom home experience. This position will work with our construction team and subcontractors to manage new construction projects. Previous experience in the residential construction field is required. Job Duties:
- Manage and facilitate residential projects through completion
- Provide accurate project schedules to management and assigned subcontractors
- Maintain communication with subcontractors and management
- Maintain a clean job site
- Coordinate inspection with inspectors
- Obtain and submit Certificate of Completion at end of project
- Work within budgets
- Additional job duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English β bilingual a plus
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Team player
- Solid understanding of the construction process
- Solid understanding of tools, handling and operation
- Use of BuilderTrend or other construction software app
- Solid understanding of technology, basic computer skills
- Must Have Valid Driver's License
Experience:
- 5 years of previous custom home building experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
