JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Registered Nurse - Observation Unit / Med/Surg Unit
RN - OU/MED/SURG
Full-Time NIGHTS
Registered Nurse candidates for the Observation Unit or the Med/Surg Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
Registered Nurse - Observation Unit / Med/Surg Unit
RN - OU/MED/SURG
Full-Time NIGHTS
Registered Nurse candidates for the Observation Unit or the Med/Surg Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- 1 year of RECENT (Within the last year) of Observation/Med-Surg acute care RN experience. *Would be open to candidates having ER RN experience as well
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor's Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
- FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire. BLS certification.
Salary Range: 2 YR: 30.69- 5 YR: 33.71-17 YR: 43.20 Max
