Bilingual Operations Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operation of our Airbnb cleaning and management company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations, managing teams, and implementing strategies that drive productivity and quality.

This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive work environment while aligning operational goals with the overall business objectives.

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Managing the cleaning team

Walkthroughs of properties

Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training

Schedule - weekly/daily

Managing maintenance issues, scheduling handymen

Client communication

Employee communication

Managing Trash Services

Managing Lawn care/snow removal

Onboarding new properties

Supply purchasing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using various software tools for operations management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in operations management is a plus.
