Your Impact
As a Member Success Specialist (MSS), you will be an integral part of Next Health's corporate sales team. Your primary responsibility is to connect with all Next Health inquiries, convert them into sales, and schedule onsite appointments. The MSS will use phone calls, text messages, and emails to engage new inquiries. Furthermore, you'll be tasked with following up on all inquiries and driving various sales activities to increase sales and appointments.
Job Description
As the Member Success Specialist, your core responsibilities include:
- Promptly reach out to all new patient inquiries.
- Contact all members after their baseline assessments to initiate their treatment plans and collect payments.
- Implement a strategic follow-up plan using calls, texts, and emails for inquiries from inactive patients.
- Complete 60-80 outbound sales calls and texts daily.
- Achieve personal revenue targets and support Next Health in reaching its company goals.
- Effectively manage CRM leads, documenting them to predict revenue, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address inquiries from Next Health patients and guide them on their wellness journey.
- Conduct consultations to showcase Next Health's premium services, including Executive Physicals, Stem Cells, and Exosomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet all VIP patient needs.
- Be a self-motivated multitasker who works well autonomously and maintains a positive attitude.

- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
What You Will Bring:
We're looking for someone who has:
- 2 years of experience in the wellness industry.
- A strong understanding of all Next Health wellness services.
- Exceptional sales and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferably, experience or certification as a Health Coach.
- A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in computer technology and verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in FTP and Excel.
- Have familiarity with medical terminology, possess customer service skills, and have administrative experience.
- Show a willingness to drive revenue goals.

Expected Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is $19.00to $21.00per hour, plus benefits and bonus potential.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
