We are seeking a Head of Investor Relations to build the IR function at Next Insurance. The role will report to the CFO. The person in this role will develop the overall strategy, framework and execution tactics for an IR roadmap to ensure Next is well positioned with analysts, investors and stakeholders.
What You'll Do :
- Serve as a key advisor to the CFO, CEO, and Board on the investor relations strategy.
- Lead and coordinate the quarterly earnings process, which includes creating all communication materials, drafting earnings releases, call scripts, accompanying presentations, preparing talking points, and relevant Q&A.
- Handle first line communications between the company and the investment community, including shareholder relations.
- Advise senior executives on communication strategy to ensure the best representation of the company within the financial groups.
- Prepare senior leaders internally for meetings with the investment community.
- Play a lead role with the investment community and equity analysts during any communication processes.
