What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media and Email Marketing Manager position at Next Level Apparel?
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning and executing collaborative campaigns across owned organic social media channels and CRM e-blast outreach campaigns to expand brand awareness. He/She will play a primary role in developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various social media platforms to achieve specific marketing goals such as lead gen, unaided/aided brand awareness, and sales by analyzing campaign performance data, target audience strategies constantly optimizing creative content to drive website traffic while maximizing ROI. This person will reinforce Next Level’s brand story and engage with B2B customers and key influencers within the decorator community to grow Next Level’s social following and achieve business objectives. Duties include: planning compelling multi-platform social campaigns in alignment with annual brand calendar, community engagement/management, analyzing data, development and execution of a comprehensive social calendar, growth of our follower base across social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X) and development of paid media strategies and tactics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Manage and execute social campaign planning, content calendars, publishing, reporting, and optimization across brand and collaborator’s social channels
- Select and launch the optimal community engagement platform to target distributors, decorators, customers, end-users, and influencers via social platforms such as Sprinklr or HootSuite
- Lead the development of social content and strategy in line with Next Level’s brand voice, values, reason-to-believe (RTB), and target audience preferences.
- Be familiar with using CRM (HubSpot) and manage execution of e-blast campaigns that align with content strategy
- Work with an in-house creative team, content creators, and external brand partners to conceptualize and create engaging and shareable campaign content to include GIF’s, video, flat lays, color stories, etc.
- Utilize Wrike for project management to develop email, content briefing and creative development
- Ensure social content is uploaded to BYNDER, our new DAM (Digital Asset Manager) for use by our distributors and customers.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of social media content, aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and user feedback, identifying opportunities and insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimization
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Partner with Marketing to identify unique collaborations (i.e. gyms, consumer packaged goods, outdoor brands) to drive brand affinity and UGC
- Serve as our in-house expert on social media trends, competitor activities, user behaviors, distributor social platforms to help drive growth and differentiation
- Utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, X Analytics, Instagram Insights) to track key performance indicators, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive social media KPI dashboard and reporting cadence to share with key stakeholders
- Act as our liaison with key distributors and customers such as SanMar, S&S, and ACC to collaborate on promotions and joint marketing campaigns
- Act as our thought leader with regard to curating influencers and selecting collaborations to help elevate Next Level’s awareness and consideration amongst our B2B customers with spillover into our end-consumer.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and issues raised on social media platforms.
PAID MEDIA
· Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as FB, IG, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, website traffic and ROI.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent specific experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience with social media / multi-media content management with proven experience ideating and executing talent-centered campaigns
- Experience within apparel or fashion is a plus
- Strong project management skills, ability to improve and create scalability in operation workflows
- Proficient with social media management tools (i.e. Sprinklr, HootSuite), Shopify, and analytic platforms
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Comfortable copywriting, editing, and collaborating on stories.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and basic video editing skills are advantageous.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, branding, advertising and social metrics and analytics
- Incredible communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast paced ever changing social landscapE

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
