Union New American is currently hiring DISHWASHERS to join our team.

Union New American, located at the Westshore City Center in Tampa, is the latest restaurant in the Next Level Brands portfolio. Union New American will be a go-to for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch with globally inspired fare. Guests can also enjoy a private event space on the second floor. The space will offer live music and dining in an outdoor terrace lounge.

Job Summary

Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, etc. further, it is essential that the dishwasher maintain the dishwashing station is maintained in a clean and safe manner.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members.
• A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification
• Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player

Physical Requirements

• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
