The Server Assistant role is a vital member of the team with responsibilities that include setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers and expediters, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various other tasks that support service at the restaurant.

- Must be eligible
- 1 year of experience in restaurants or hospitality or strong interest in food and hospitality
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to teammates and management
- Ability to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English
- Strong attention to detail and well organized
- Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members
- The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to balance and carry trays, multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses.
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
