Boulon Brasserie is currently hiring CASHIERS (BARISTAS) to join our team!
Boulon Brasserie, located in downtown Tampa, offers guests three district dining experiences – restaurant, bar, and café. Boulon’s menu highlights locally sourced ingredients, fresh caught seafoods and modern interpretations of classic French pastries.
Job Summary
The Cashier works in our patisserie/bakery and is responsible for exceeding the Guests’ expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the Guests. Cashiers’ duties include making coffee drinks, assist our guests with bakery selections, take and box up to-go orders.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience working in guest service.
- Point-of-sales (POS) experience a plus.
- Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests.
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and Guests.
- Ability to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English
- Strong attention to detail and well organized
- Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members
- The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
