Strong technical background with Java.

-Experience in ServiceMix.

-Knowledge in BPM/TIBCO.

-Excellent debugging and analytical skills.

-Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, especially Agile/iterative development processes.

-Ability to establish priorities and work independently on multiple tasks.

-Excellent communication skills.
