Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3D modeling in Solidworks and Autocad drawing, as well as troubleshooting production issues and tooling and fixture issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot production issues and tooling and fixture issues
- Design and test new fixture and tooling designs and modifications
- Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with program core team, design reviews, DQR and DFM meetings, and provide manufacturing feedback
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position
- Experience with assembly operations and material handling
- Experience with manual and automated welding processes
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab
