SAP Project Manager

Job Summary: The IT SAP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the
management of the of SAP S/4 Project. This role requires a strategic thinker with
strong leadership skills and experience in managing SAP projects. The ideal
candidate will support project leadership and facilitate on time, within scope, and
within budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources,
and budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless
execution of project.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing the team s workload
and delegating tasks effectively.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and
techniques.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate
verification techniques.
Report and escalate to project leadership as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management.
Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation projects.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4 processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, cross-cultural teams and
interact with all levels of the organization.
PMP or SAP certification is a plus.
