What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Systems Engineer position at Next Level Business Services, Inc.?
TPrimary responsibilities :
1. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot OCC VDI infrastructure using VMWare and Teradici tools provided.
2. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot OCC Radio infrastructure coordinating with ATL Radio, Radio Shop and vendor Zetron.
3. Entitle, install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot, operating systems and other systems software products.
4. Configure, install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot hardware systems.
5. Complete work orders as assigned.
6. Implement changes to platforms with minimal impact to the business by following established OCC procedures for VDI and physical infrastructures.
7. Create and monitor network / local print queues for all printers.
8. Work closely with Sr. Systems Engineer to manage the OCC network.
9. Write, submit, and perform RFCs for OCC Solution Center work as assigned.
10. Coordinate external vendor services.

Skill Set : The OCC Solution Center team is responsible for all first and second level IT issues as well as install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting the IT infrastructure in the Operations and Customer Center (OCC).
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of multiple operating systems, systems integration, systems architecture, programming languages, and demonstrated knowledge of the field and network environments.
Experience with VMWare and VDI infrastructure desired. Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules is desired including Incident, Change, Asset, and Request. Network knowledge is also required. Must be able to move on a regular basis, equipment that weighs up to 30 pounds.
