Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide effective solutions.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in materials management.
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the procurement process.

Qualifications
- Experience with lumber products, wood framing and previous purchasing experience is required.
- Proven experience in procurement management or a similar role, with a focus on contract negotiation and sourcing.
