We are one of the leading business development and service firms in the greater San Diego area. We recently started working with one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, and due to our projected growth this year, we are hiring a new Entry Level Account Associate to join our business development and sales team immediately.
The Entry Level Account Associate will work within our team environment to create marketing tools, process sales orders, and develop business strategies to generate exposure for our clients. The Entry Level Account Associate will also increase sales opportunities and extend our market through the local area. We need a driven and enthusiastic Entry Level Account Associate ready to create sales strategies and implement them to see positive results in return for our clients. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Associate:
- Develop and execute business and account management strategies to increase product and service awareness and generate sales revenue for our clients
- Deliver interactive product presentations on the most advanced technological solutions in the telecommunications industry to local customers
- Utilize exceptional customer service and active listening skills while executing business development strategies
- Continuously participate in training classes, virtual webinars, and team-building sessions
- Create long-lasting positive relationships with all customers and maintain them once the sale is complete
- Collaborate with other team members to generate creative solutions to rebuttals and objections
- Achieve sales goals in the allotted territory through the promotion of products and services
Qualities and Skills Necessary of our Entry Level Account Associate:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, technology, business development, hospitality, or client-facing roles is a bonus
- Ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple customers and accounts
- Capacity to problem-solve, show self-discipline, and maintain a positive attitude in difficult situations
- Communication and active listening skills
- Confidence and perseverance are critical attributes to succeed in this role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
