Job Overview
Next Level Home Services is a growing residential home improvement and remodeling company in Bowling Green, KY. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new ways. Someone who will team up with us to help build an administrative system for our company. The ideal person would have strong over the phone communication skills and be very inquisitive to gather potential customer information. Prior experience with a customer relationship management software is preferred. This Administration Assistant position will be responsible for managing company phone calls and email activities, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining an efficient workflow with our team. This is a first time position for our team so we are looking for someone who is willing to be an integral part of building and improving our customer service processes. This role will be a work from home/remote position.
Duties
- Respond to website and email requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with intent of providing Next Level customer Service.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Maintain an organized Customer Relationship Management software and ensure information is up to date
- Assist with customer support by addressing client needs and providing information as required.
- Data entry
- Perform general tasks and special projects designated by team
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a "customer first mentatlity"
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in list making and organization
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
