Job Description:
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. This role involves working closely with various departments to create and implement effective marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and support overall business objectives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies to meet company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., industry associations, presentations, events, emails, digital social media).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and produce engaging content for various platforms, including presentation material, industry event and association material, website, social media, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing assets.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners as needed.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand exposure and generate leads.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Microsoft) is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
