The Interventional Technologies Account Manager/Territory Sales Manager will execute strategic and operational plans to represent products to new and existing customers while achieving sales expectations and quotas for an assigned territory. This role involves implementing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Drive daily sales objectives with a focus on territory growth, including targeting new accounts, cultivation, and launch planning.
- Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans, aligning with sales strategies based on existing and potential market factors.
- Lead training and education initiatives during account launches.
- Present and implement Performance Guarantees in key accounts, followed by Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Regularly provide leadership with account knowledge and relevant information.
- Collaborate with clinical specialists to align efforts with the business plan.
- Deliver clinical and economic presentations to customers, committees, and relevant staff.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, including key opinion leader (KOL) management.
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
- Build relationships with hospital administrative staff and execute corporate contracts as needed.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and contribute to organizational growth through training, cross-coverage, sharing best practices, and competitive intelligence.
Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of the medical device market, products, and customer needs.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of medical device sales experience, strongly preferred.
- Strong work ethic and urgency to achieve objectives.
- Business acumen with experience in targeting and prioritizing key accounts.
- Ability to establish credibility with clinical staff, administrators, and physicians.
- Emotional intelligence for effective schedule and resource management.
- Experience in medical device sales, particularly with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and administrators.
- Strategic thinker and tactical planner with flexibility, innovation, and resourcefulness.
