We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Marketing Manager to lead and execute clinical marketing strategies with a focus on downstream North American programs. This role is instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling clinical and operational value messaging, and developing impactful marketing assets such as case studies, white papers, and testimonials. As a key customer-facing liaison, you will drive market insights, support field enablement, and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in solution features, software configuration, use cases, and clinical workflows.
- Analyze customer trends and market data to identify opportunities, collaborating with product marketing on roadmap development.
- Create clinical marketing messaging for product launches, emphasizing clinical and operational value.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, market trends, and key industry statistics.
- Engage with customers across North America to understand market needs, build KOL networks, and drive case study development.
- Partner with global and franchise marketing teams to develop and execute annual strategic and marketing plans at the regional level.
- Support Global Marketing Directors in achieving revenue goals through targeted clinical marketing strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Master’s degree or advanced marketing training (Preferred)
- 6–7 years of progressive marketing and/or sales experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry (Required)
- Background in blood banking, laboratory, nursing, or other healthcare-related clinical/operational roles (Preferred)
