We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a field-based commercial role focused on precision diagnostics for blood cancers. This position plays a critical part in expanding the adoption of an innovative ctDNA-based technology, specifically targeting hematologic conditions within a defined geographical region. The role provides an opportunity to drive meaningful advancements in oncology diagnostics while engaging with leading experts in the field.
Region Covered: This position encompasses a multi-state territory in the Northeastern U.S.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth expertise in our suite of advanced testing solutions, industry dynamics, payer landscapes, and the competitive market to effectively position our offerings.
- Drive growth by increasing patient utilization, onboarding new clinical accounts, and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Formulate and execute a strategic business development plan in alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Implement targeted sales methodologies, leveraging marketing and education strategies to maximize market expansion.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including specialists in hematologic malignancies, pathology experts, and leaders in both hospital-based and private oncology practices.
- Oversee territory management, focusing on performance tracking, account acquisition, retention, and overall revenue enhancement.
- Serve as a trusted resource for clinical teams, offering insights and tailored solutions that align with patient care needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs and field sales colleagues, to enhance client engagement and optimize test adoption.
- Collaborate with research and industry leaders to establish institutional pathways, streamline processes, and integrate solutions into existing frameworks.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in molecular diagnostics, hematology-oncology, and evolving trends in precision medicine.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within a healthcare, diagnostics, or oncology-related sector, demonstrating a strong history of performance.
- Deep understanding of the oncology and hematology landscape, including reimbursement policies, precision medicine advancements, and molecular testing applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 50%-75%).
- Valid driver’s license and a strong driving record.
