LOCATION: The territory for this position is Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding area.
Pittsburgh metro, Upstate NY (Rochester and Buffalo), Cincinnati (OH), and the entire state of West Virginia.
In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving adoption of advanced diagnostics used in the ongoing care and monitoring of individuals with complex medical needs. You’ll work closely with healthcare institutions and clinical stakeholders to help integrate these solutions into everyday practice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Educate and engage key clinical partners, including specialists and decision-makers, to promote the adoption of diagnostic solutions across targeted therapeutic areas.
- Stay informed on healthcare trends and clinical developments to position solutions thoughtfully and effectively.
- Create and implement territory-specific business strategies aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Build strong relationships with influential leaders within the medical community to strengthen market presence.
- Operate with agility in complex environments, using a solutions-oriented approach to address challenges and opportunities.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted resource to clients, demonstrating professionalism and product expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining independence in day-to-day territory management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within diagnostics, specialty healthcare, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, particularly within specialty or hospital-based environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing accounts, and building lasting partnerships.
- Strong familiarity with clinical workflows and the ability to translate product value into patient care benefits.
- Experience with product launches and establishing new markets or segments is highly valued.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving settings.
