LOCATION: San Francisco & Peninsula, CA
A growing leader in women’s health is seeking a Women’s Health Sales Specialist to join our dynamic commercial team.
This position is focused on accelerating revenue growth and expanding market share by partnering directly with Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians and OB/GYNs. The Women's Health Sales Specialist will foster and sustain high-impact relationships, execute a targeted business development plan, and support both current and future product offerings. The role also requires delivering clinical education and hands-on training to healthcare providers on the practical application of our diagnostic solutions. Training may take place in clinical and surgical settings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive revenue and expand market presence through direct sales to OB/GYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
Cultivate long-term relationships with key clinical and administrative decision-makers
Design and implement a territory-specific growth plan
Provide technical and clinical support for both current offerings and new product launches
Deliver on-site product education and training to healthcare providers
Handle and safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with regulatory requirements
Complete HIPAA, compliance, and data security training within 30 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required; preference given to candidates with backgrounds in Science, Nursing, or related healthcare disciplines
At least 3 years of sales experience in diagnostic or laboratory settings, ideally in genetics
Strong foundation in medical, clinical, or life sciences
Demonstrated success in launching new products and expanding into new markets
Prior experience calling on OB/GYNs and MFMs is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Salesforce
