What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Advanced Troubleshooting : You’ll be a go-to person for complex technical issues (but don’t worry, we’ve got your back when things get tricky).
  • Managing Tickets : You’ll work through service tickets across hardware, software, networking, and system administration to provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Collaboration : You’ll be part of a tight-knit team, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring seamless communication to create the best client experience.
  • On-Site & Remote Support : While most of your work will be remote, there will be times when you’ll visit local clients to provide hands-on help.
  • Automation : We’re big on automation to keep everything running smoothly, and you’ll help ensure system upgrades, patches, and maintenance are all automated and up-to-date.

  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Communication Skills : You thrive on talking to clients over the phone to quickly address and resolve issues. If you prefer email or chat only, this may not be the right fit.
  • Technical Know-How : You have experience with Autotask , Datto RMM , Microsoft 365 , Meraki , and IT Glue . Bonus points if you know PowerShell scripting!
  • Client-Focused Attitude : You build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported. We’re proud to work with clients who align with our values, and we’re not afraid to part ways if they don’t.
  • Experience : At least 2-3 years in IT support, with experience in server / network administration, cloud services, and IT security.
  • Certifications : CompTIA and Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
  • Location : This role is based in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, FL . You’ll be working remotely most of the time but will need to visit clients locally when needed.
