Job Summary
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of the company. This role requires a blend of account management, sales, and business development skills.
Position Benefits
- Yearly Salary of $60,000-$70,000 (based on experience) 5% commission of all procured net sales closed by account manager
- Paid time off and sick days

Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
- Review job orders to determine service, machine, or workforce requirements for jobs
- Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and quality of work
- Accurately track and record job expenses and hours worked
- Well versed in horticulture and landscape installation services to actively drive sales through new potential clients, referrals, and existing client needs
- Create client proposals and recommendations that are designed to meet each client’s objectives
- Manage personnel to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor tools, equipment, and machinery for necessary maintenance and repairs
- Order corrective work when issues occur and recommend procedural changes to avoid such problems in the future
- Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of landscape experience in South Florida
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Time Management Skills

- Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and adaptability
- Proficiency in computer use
- Valid Drivers License and able to drive
