What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Professional Organizer position at Next Level Organizing?
OVERVIEW OF JOB: Projects include but are not limited to: organizing kitchens, pantries, home offices, closets, playrooms, basements, attics, garages, etc. Your typical work will consist of sorting, decluttering, organizing, containerizing and labeling items. Loading and unloading vehicles, coordinating product pick ups/drop offs, dropping off donations, and data entry will be required each day. Projects also include prepping homes for sale/moves and unpacking boxes and setting up homes after renovations and moves. Shopping and returns may also be needed on a limited basis. Client confidentiality is of utmost importance. Prior Organizing Experience Preferred.
LOCATION: Fairfield County, Westchester County, New Haven County with a strong focus on lower Fairfield County
HOURS: 9:30am - 5:00pm, 3-5 days per week Monday - Friday. The number of days per week and hours for this position will vary based on the scope of the projects and mutually agreed upon schedule. Work is part-time and as needed. There is no guarantee of work. May include some evening and weekend time to review and update documents and communication. Potential for full-time.

RESPONSIBILITES: Organizing
- Sort and tag items in a room or space creating logical groupings for client review
- Work directly with clients and assist in editing or purging belongings
- Create organized systems for clients in their homes or office
- Label bins, boxes, containers, etc. using a label maker or specialty label
- Assist with managing organizing supplies
- Help to maintain a tidy and professional environment throughout the course of an organizing or move management project
- Put trash, recycling, shredding, and donation items into the appropriate receptacles while on site
- Assemble small furniture items, such as storage boxes or shelving units
- Transport organizing materials, supplies, donated items, shredding or recycling to appropriate offsite locations if requested
RESPONSIBILITES: Administrative
- Enter time and expenses into our software daily
- Maintain company calendar with requested time unavailable and request days off as needed
- Review company calendar daily for upcoming assigned projects
- Coordinate with team regarding pre-project assistance and project review
- Take and upload photos and information into our company software daily
- Review client projects prior to and during each project
